Host Administrator (addendum to the pcAnywhere Administrator's Guide)
======================================================================

The configuration steps for Host Administrator have changed in this
version of pcAnywhere. The Host Administrator now requires you to
pre-configure the Admin host and remote objects before using them.
After configuring the objects, you can distribute the admin host
object to the host system through Host Administrator, or you can
include the admin host object in a package. This section outlines the
new configuration steps for setting up the Host Administrator and
manageable hosts.

A default set of object templates are provided in the CMS folder,
located inside the pcAnywhere folder. The files Admin.BHF and
Admin11.CHF are used by Host Administrator to control a host system.
You may copy these files from the CMS folder to your data folder and
modify them to fit your current needs, or you can create new admin
host and remote objects.

Creating a new admin remote object:
-----------------------------------
1. From the pcAnywhere Manager, select "Add Remote".
2. In the "Connection Info" tab, check and configure your desired
   network protocol.
3. Configure any other options for the remote that you may need and
   select "OK".
4. Name the remote object "Admin11".

run if there are no callers defined.
